First please fill
in your 【Troop Registration Form】.
2. 下载【参赛者报名表格】的xlsx文件（Excel），将出席者的资料逐个填进参与者报名表格。
Download the 【Participant Registration Form】
(xlsx file,excel), then fill in the participant's info into the registration form
one by one.
3. 发送该文件至 54th3rd8th@gmail.com 并通知任何一位负责人。

4. 管理员将在一个星期内电邮确认资料邮件至负责人，就算是成功报名。
Our administrator will send a confirmation
letter to the people in-charge, and the registration is done.
